Your payment must be received by November 30th, 2026 – this will cover all of 2027

Please ensure you put your payment in a sealed envelope with your Full Name and 3 digit Club Sign In Book number on it
Place the envelope into the Black Cash Box located in the lobby next to the red telephone

We are now setup with a new email with AutoDeposit, no password required for your Transfer

If you do not put your Full Name and 3 Digit Club SignIn Book number in the Notes of your Transfer than your money will simply become an Anonymous Donation
Renewals are due by NOVEMBER 30TH, 2026 – before you give all away to Santa Clause or the government
DO NOT POST OFFICE MAIL US ANYTHING
There are so many things going on in December between renewals and onboarding for 2027 etc

We cannot be in a position where your card is mailed to the wrong address, you will be responsible for recovering it if this happens
Your 2027 Membership Card & HPRC updates are sent to the contact information we have on file
An email will be sent out to all members when 2027 Membership Cards are mailed out in the new year
