As part our Range Maintenance plan and CFO Range Inspection requirements we have recently made updates to the Range Backstop system.

These updates are ones you cannot really see as it involves work behind the scenes.

The entire backstop area is emptied and all bullet castings and sand removed. All steel wall baffles are inspected/repaired.

Fresh sand was then placed back into the area.

As part of the process we made an investment in cutting/installing a new Steel insulated Door and frame to better access this area in the future.

A planned full day range closure was done on April 28th so that we could get this work done within that timeline.

Costs and time for these activities are part of running the Club.
