This years AGM will take place on September 27th, 2023. Please save the date.

Executive Elections will be on the agenda at this years AGM.

For those members interested in running for an Executive Position you will need to create a “Candidate Profile”

There will be a section of the HPRC.CLUB website ‘Members Only Area’ that will be used for the AGM (see graphics below).

On August 1st the ‘HPRC 2023 AGM’ link will be enabled to allow Candidates to create their Profile for the position they intend to run for.

On August 31st the link will be disabled and on September 5th the link will than show all the Candidates and positions they are running for.

Voting will take place during the AGM.

More details about the AGM agenda will be sent as we get closer to September 27th.
