The WHAT
HPRC is holding a Draw
The winner gets a to choose a $500 Gift Card from either Oley’s Armoury or Wal-Mart
The HOW
You buy a sticker for $20 each; buy as many as you wish
Each sticker purchased becomes one free prize draw entry; there will be a minimum of 50 stickers sold for this prize draw
Each sticker is a donation to the Club
You buy a sticker two ways:
1| At the Range
Place an envelope with your Full Name, 3-Digit Club Sign-in-Book Number and your Phone Number along with $20 cash into the Lobby Cash Box ( by the red phone)
2| Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Send money to [email protected]
You need to follow the instructions below 100% so that your money gets to us
in the EFT Notes section write DRAW than add
Your Full Name, your Club SignIn Book Number and your Phone Number
There is no confirmation / receipt provided for your Sticker purchase; which is why we prefer E-Transfer payments
The winner will be announced via Email including a short video to validate the random pick process
Only HPRC members (including probation) are eligible for this draw
The WHEN
As soon as we sell min of 50 stickers we will hold the draw
When it’s time for the draw, an email will be send out to all members of the Club
The PRIZE
Winner will be contacted directly after the draw
The Walmart Gift Card will be physically provided directly to the winner
HPRC will provide the Gun Gift Card vendor the winners name and information; the winner will than be responsible for doing the appropriate CFO acquisition/ process with the vendor; HPRC is simply providing a $500 credit to the Gun Vendor on the winners behalf
HPRC will work through the process with the winner direct to keep things legit
Sticker are virtual, they represent an entry to win; we are not handing/sending out stickers
The Why
All remaining proceeds of the Draw will be donated to the National Firearms Association (NFA)
Plus it’s a fun thing to do with decent odds
You get a chance to pick your prize; but feel free to buy as many tickets as you want
Christmas could come early for someone !
