HPRC New Membership Application are available during Q1 of each calendar year.
At this time membership processing is closed for 2024.
There are a limited number of available memberships each year.
Please ensure you have thoroughly read the HPRC Club Regulations page prior to applying.
New applicants to HPRC should review the following requirements to become a “Member in Good Standing”.
You can complete an application form at anytime, however we only onboard applicants in Q1 based on the number of (if any) open memberships.
New applicants shall successfully complete the mandatory supervised Club Level Safety (CLS) course. The five (5) hour CLS will be scheduled by Club Executive. The CLS is composed of a Club Orientation, Club By-Law reviews, supervised live shooting and a written test.
Upon successful completion of the CLS Course a new applicant is placed on a 6 Shoot/Visit Probation Period.
During this period, members will be issued a blue Probationary Member card.
During the Probationary Period your first six (6) club visits are reviewed and MUST demonstrate the following:
Safe handling of firearms, to HPRC club standards. Ability to follow all Club Rules and Regulations. Proper firearm and club etiquette
Probationary members are limited to firearms of .22 rimfire or smaller (pistol or rifle) unless qualified/approved by our CLS team.
Guests are NOT be allowed during the entire Probationary period.
Annual Membership Fees include access to both the Indoor and Outdoor Ranges as well as access to participate in Club Events (some of which are subject to additional fees and conditions).
Every September HPRC hosts the Club AGM (Annual General Meeting) which we strongly encourage all members, and specifically new members to attend (attendance is not mandatory to join the club).
The current cost of a HPRC Annual Membership is $300 ( $525 Family Plan is available) per year plus a one time CLS Course fee of $175.
Members are required to remit annual dues no later than the last day of December in order to remain in good standing.
Our Club has full membership with the Canada’s National Firearms Association (NFA) and as such membership with us includes $5 million of liability insurance.
